I had a lovely surprise package arrive at my new abode earlier this week courtesy of the lovely Lynda aka Hookin' with LaaLaa.
This is what I received...
All beautifully wrapped!
In no time at all, I had frantically carefully unwrapped all of the gifts.
A beautiful 'God Save the Queen' card
An Emma Bridgewater tin
A Cath Kidston tote bag
Union Jack Salt & Pepper
These chocs were gorgeous (yes they have all gone - and I didn't share!)
A coaster
Aren't these the best - Especially as I love owls!
Emma Bridgewater tea cosy with teabags and shortbread (again, all gone!!))
A tea towel
Keep Calm goodies! Keyring, Magnet and some M & S chocolates
I love this magazine
Thank you so much Lynda.
Your kindness is overwhelming and I would just like to say a big Thank you x and send a massive Hug your way x
I have a day of making Gingerbread men like these...
for a lady in the US.
Some cupcakes...
These are the first to be baked in my new oven. I have to say I am very pleased with it. The oven at the previous address was very very old but was the best, so I had gone a little nuts as I worried that my cakes would never be as good but, family of tasters confirmed that all is okay!
Oh yes!! I nearly forgot! The boiler man turned up yesterday morning and I can confirm that it is all fixed!!!!
Yay!!
Last night I languished in a very hot bath which smelt gorgeous as I used the bath bomb that Beki had sent me in the Free for All Swap that she had organised.
And Finally...
If you love a bargain!
Sainsbury's have reduced these down to £3.60 (in store)
Have a great day x
